01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Player", "User", "you") and bom29toto ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://bom29toto.cam (the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any capacity — including browsing, placing a bet, depositing funds, or claiming a bonus — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

bom29toto is operated exclusively for the Malaysian market. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated. 02 Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Member on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total sum of real-money funds credited to a Member's Account, excluding any locked or wagering-required bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bets, cashback, or bonus awarded by the Company subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before a Member may withdraw funds from their Account.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it, or winings derived from it, may be withdrawn.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to the Platform is prohibited, either by applicable law or Company policy.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any action described under Section 12 of these Terms that violates the integrity of the Platform or the Company's policies.
• "VIP Program" means the multi-tier loyalty programme operated by bom29toto, consisting of Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Royal Black Diamond tiers.
• "Personal Data" means any information that can directly or indirectly identify a Member, as further described in the Privacy Policy.
• "Platform" means the bom29toto website, mobile-optimised site, and any associated services available at https://bom29toto.cam.

03 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. bom29toto strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years. Persons under 21 are categorically prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any gaming activity on the Platform.
2. You are registering as an individual on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.
3. You are not a resident of or located in any Restricted Jurisdiction at the time of accessing the Platform.
4. You are not employed by, or an immediate family member of someone employed by, the Company or any affiliated entity involved in operating the Platform.
5. You are not suffering from, nor have been previously diagnosed with, a gambling addiction or disorder that would make participation in gaming activities harmful to you.
6. You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by bom29toto for breach of these Terms.
7. You possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

04 Account Registration

Each individual may hold onlyone (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian residential address, email address, and phone number. You undertake to maintain the accuracy of this information and notify the Company promptly of any changes via the Account settings or by contacting support.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. bom29toto will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

Should you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the Company immediately at [email protected] or via live chat.

05 Terms of Use

By using the Platform, you agree to the following general terms of use:

• The Platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. Any commercial use, resale, or reproduction of any part of the Platform is strictly prohibited.
• You will access the Platform only through legitimate means and will not attempt to circumvent any security measures, geographic restrictions, or technical controls.
• You accept that all gaming outcomes on the Platform are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer procedures. The Company does not manipulate game outcomes.

06 Deposits & Payments

bom29toto accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via a range of supported payment channels including Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, and FPX. Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted in BTC, ETH, USDT (TRC-20), and BNB.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method and will be displayed at the cashier at the time of transaction.
• All funds deposited must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be reversed pending investigation.
• Deposited funds are held in designated accounts and are not comingled with Company operational funds.
• The Company reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of deposited funds as part of its anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to blockchain confirmation requirements. Credited amounts are calculated at the applicable exchange rate at the time of confirmation.
• The Company does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply transaction charges independently.

07 Withdrawals

Members may request withdrawals of real-money balance subject to the following conditions:

1. The Account must have completed KYC identity verification. First-time withdrawals will not be processed until identity verification is successfully completed.
2. Any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must have been satisfied prior to withdrawal of those funds.
3. The withdrawal amount must not exceed the applicable daily or monthly withdrawal limit for your VIP tier.
4. Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name, matching the details on your bom29toto Account.
5. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–30 minutes for e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay), within 30minutes to 6 hours for bank transfers, and within 10–60 minutes for cryptocurrency transfers.
6. The Company reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests.
7. In circumstances where fraud, money laundering, or Terms violations are suspected, the Company may place temporary hold on a withdrawal pending investigation.

08 Bonuses & Promotions

bom29toto offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, referal bonuses, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, supplemented by the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Members only. One bonus per household, IP address, device, or payment method applies unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds are played before real-money funds unless stated otherwise. Real-money balance may only be withdrawn when all active bonus wagering requirements are cleared.
• Bonuses expire if not claimed within the stated claim window, or if wagering requirements are not met within the stated completion period.
• The Company reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice, and to reclaim bonus funds where abuse or exploitation of promotional terms is detected.
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic staking patterns designed to minimise risk whilst fulfilling wagering requirements ("bonus abuse") may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and account suspension.
• The Brand Migration Bonus (up to MYR 588) and the Cryptocurrency Deposit Bonus (2%, up to MYR 688) are subject to their own specific terms available from the promotions section.

09 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the Platform:

• bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. In-play odds are subject to real-time fluctuation; the Company will honour the odds confirmed at the time of bet settlement.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. These are displayed in the betting interface prior to placement.
• The Company reserves the right to void any bet placed on incorrect odds due to manifest error ("palpable error"), where the stated odds were clearly eroneous relative to the true market price.
• In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport's rules as published in the Platform's sports betting rules documentation.
• Live in-play betting covers Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, AFC Champions League, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other international competitions. Market availability may vary.
• The Company employs fraud detection monitoring on all betting activity. Bets identified as potentially connected to match-fixing, insider information, or coordinated irregular betting patterns may be voided pending investigation.

10 Casino & Live Games

All casino and live dealer games available on bom29toto are sourced from certified third-party game providers. Each game uses a verified random number generator (RNG) or operates under live dealer conditions conducted in regulated studios. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are determined by the game provider and are independently verified.

The following conditions apply to casino and live game play:

• Game rules specific to each title (including side bet rules, payout tables, and live dealer procedures) take precedence over general Terms where they address the same matter.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a live game round, the round may be voided and stakes returned to the Member's account, or settled based on the outcome to that point where sufficient information is available. The Company's decision is final in such circumstances.

11 Responsible Gambling

bom29toto is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and protecting Members from potential harm associated with excessive gambling. The Platform provides the following tools, all accessible from the Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly limits may be set. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Configurable time alerts and mandatory session terminations after set duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary self-exclusion for periods of 24 hours to 12 months. During self-exclusion, the Account is locked and all promotional communications cease. The Company will endeavour to reject any new registration from self-excluded individuals.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications of time and money spent during a session.

12 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Any Member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently terminated and all associated funds forfeited:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Using software, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in collusion with other Members or third parties for the purpose of defrauding the Company or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or platform function. Any winings obtained through exploitation of errors may be voided.
• Money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds, or using the Platform for any purpose connected with illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Company staff or other Members through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the Platform's software, interface, or content.

13 Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, design elements, text, graphics, and software on the Platform are the intellectual property of bom29toto or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the Company's intellectual property for any commercial or public purpose without express prior written consent from the Company.

You may view and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of Platform content is strictly prohibited and may result in civil or criminal liability under applicable intellectual property laws.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, whether based in contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory.
• The Company's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or connected with this Agreement shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to the Platform in the three (3) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• The Company is not liable for losses resulting from reliance on information provided on the Platform, including but not limited to odds information, game statistics, or promotional content.
• The Company is not responsible for failures of third-party payment processors, banking systems, or blockchain networks that result in delayed or unsuccessful deposits or withdrawals.

15 Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement and close the Member's Account at any time. Members wishing to close their account should contact the Company via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon account closure initiated by a Member in good standing, any verified real-money balance will be returned via the Member's preferred withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC and processing procedures.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate an Account without prior notice where a Member has breached these Terms, provided false information, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where such action is required by applicable law or regulatory obligation. In the event of termination for breach, the Company may withold any balance in the Account pending the outcome of its investigation.

16 Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which the Company is incorporated and operates. The parties agree to submit any unresolved dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent the Company from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or prevent irreparable harm. This Agreement does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

17 Amendments

bom29toto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the Company will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this document and, where practicable, notify registered Members via the contact details held on their Account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any amendments have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to initiate account closure.
